Hi Mr SH The RMA process is" ALT providing a list, and Fii confirming the warranty period based on the serial number". Warranty is determined by Fii's response time. Please check warranty and response each S/N. In case of LED issue - is continue to discussing biz team and will be handled by agreement and in case of Non LED issue under warranty - FII should be followed the contract. this case nothing changed. and no points of debate. Please refer the attached file and note that out of warranty RMA will be charged to ALT. Miya sales will update cost to your side after RMA been repaired completely.
